This video shows a complete walkthrough of the Energy Academy immersive campus, taking users through the different thematic domes and a journey into the primary source of energy on Earth, the Sun. The user navigates the flow of photons back to Earth and immerse themselves inside the photosynthetic process of plants.
This is a VR walkthrough of a prototype for a en educational "Powergrid Observatory," inside the Energy Academy campus. This project was done in collaboration with the Yale OpenLab (openlab.yale.edu), the Yale Center for Collaborative Arts and Media and Avangrid. The user is trained on issues at the Transmission and Distribution level of electrical power grids.
